Warranty

We offer a no quibble 3 Month warranty (Unless otherwise stated on the vehicle add) on all major components such as, Engine (not including wear items), Gearbox, Drivetrain, Major electrical components.

Our warranty is a repair service which can be undertaken at our HQ or by your own mechanic, We have final decision. We will cover the cost of repairs at your own repairer and cover what is called book time labour. We do not cover any loss for courtesy vehicles or downtime. However, if we are repairing the vehicles at our HQ, we will endeavour to offer a courtesy vehicle where possible.

This book time comes from auto data and we will either cover the cost of the parts or send parts out to the repairer. All repairs must be undertaken at a vat registered garage or repairer.

What our warranty does not cover; Everyday wear and tear – things like worn tyres, brakes and windscreen wipers, Specified car parts like batteries and wheels, Cars used for racing or as taxis.

Repairs to parts that are not broken, Damage caused by frost, rust or carbon build-up, Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods or heavy winds.

Damage caused by yourself – such as reckless driving, driving on roads you’re not supposed to, or just generally not looking after your car properly.

Terms and Conditions

Viewing is strictly by appointment only, we will not hold or enter into a contract with anybody without signed consent in person by either party. anything agreed verbally with a sales person will only be actioned upon written consent or agreement to do so. We offer no guarantee on any verbal agreements unless they have been documented in writing.
We do not hold vehicles without a deposit and offer all stock on a first come first served basis. This is to protect us and any potential buyer from a negative experience. deposits are refundable upon viewing if you no longer wish to proceed.
